I've surprisingly seen a lot of octopus this year. We've definitely come across at least 6 dens, although there is another one up for debate. We found another small octopus under the dock today and this one was slightly out of its den. These are the best pictures I got of it!
I can't really identify it since I can't see its body, but it is most likely a Common Octopus.
